DMP Helped Joe get a new pair of glasses after his were damaged.

Joe lives with Asperger's and was beat up due to a misunderstanding at his workplace. His glasses were no longer wearable.

Joe is extremely bright and wants to make a life for himself despite his Asperger's and having no family support.

Joe was bullied at work but that has not stopped him from establishing independence. He is going to a local community college with financial aid. Since the incident, he has been hired at Blue J commercial cleaning. The owner, Janet Schultz, has taken him under her wing.

Asperger syndrome (AS), also known as Asperger disorder (AD) or simply Asperger's, is an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that is characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication, alongside restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests. It differs from other autism spectrum disorders by its relative preservation of linguistic and cognitive development.

Since you did your part, you were able to help Joe get some new glasses and some new hope!
